BlueTech Business Solutions
Trust, clarity and responsible technology.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the BlueTech Business Solutions website. They should be read together with any separate quotation, proposal, statement of work or service agreement that applies to a project.
If a signed or otherwise accepted project agreement contains terms that differ from these general website terms, the project agreement will govern that project to the extent of the inconsistency.
2. Website use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use the website in a way that could damage our systems or affect other visitors.
Website content is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for a project-specific quotation, technical assessment or professional advice.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry or quotation request does not by itself create a contract or guarantee that BlueTech will accept a project.
Project scope, deliverables, milestones, fees, payment arrangements, timelines, revisions and support obligations should be confirmed in a written quotation or agreement before work begins.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, required approvals and materials they are authorised to use.
Where a project involves client-provided text, images, branding, data or software, the client is responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to provide those materials.
5. Fees and payment
Fees, deposits, payment milestones, applicable taxes and any recurring charges will be set out in the relevant quotation or agreement.
Do not rely on a general website description as a final price or payment schedule. Work will be governed by the commercial terms agreed for the specific project.
6. Intellectual property
The website's design, text, branding and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless stated otherwise.
Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables, source files, licences, third-party components and pre-existing materials should be specified in the applicable project agreement. No transfer of ownership should be assumed solely because a quotation has been requested or work has been discussed.
7. Third-party services
Some projects may depend on third-party platforms, hosting providers, APIs, payment services, plugins or software licences. Those services may be subject to separate terms, fees, availability limits and privacy policies.
BlueTech cannot control every aspect of an independent third-party service. Any project-specific responsibilities for integrations and third-party costs should be documented in the relevant agreement.
8. Project changes and delays
Changes to an agreed scope may affect cost, delivery dates or required resources. The parties should confirm material changes in writing before the additional work proceeds.
Delivery schedules may also depend on timely client feedback, access credentials, approvals and third-party dependencies.
9. Warranties and limitations
We aim to provide services with reasonable care and skill. Any specific warranty, service level, maintenance commitment or post-launch support arrangement must be stated in the relevant project agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party should be treated as having accepted liability for losses that are excluded by a valid written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Suspension or termination
The circumstances and process for suspending or ending a project, including outstanding fees, handover responsibilities and treatment of work already completed, should be set out in the relevant project agreement.
We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect its operation, users or systems, or where required by law.
11. Governing law
These general website terms are intended to be interpreted subject to the laws of Kenya, without limiting any mandatory rights or protections that apply under other applicable laws.
12. Updates and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page. If you have a question about a project or these terms, please contact BlueTech through the website contact page.
